I sent Jennifer a picture of what I envisioned along with pictures of the venue, my dress, bridesmaid dresses, and invitation to give her a feel of the wedding. I wanted a natural look with a red lip. From the moment I opened the door, I knew she would add to the calm I was trying to create for my day. The trial was like catching up with a friend. She was extremely friendly and we just talked while she worked. She took the picture I brought and altered it to compliment my features. She nailed it on the first try. She was easy to get a hold of on the time between then and the wedding and accommodating as we kept changing who was getting their makeup done. She was early the day of and flexible with the order as we weren't exactly on top of who was in what order to get hair and makeup done. It was an added bonus that she liked my playlist and was singing along. Everyone's makeup looked amazing and she finished with time to spare. I wanted to get my makeup done for my family member's wedding and after seeing and reading the…read moregreat reviews about Sheila, I knew I had to call and make an appointment with her. The reviews did not disappoint! She asked me questions about the wedding, what dress I was wearing, and how I felt about a shade before she put it on. She wants you to feel comfortable and the makeup to look natural. She is very patient and kind. At one point, she told me to open my eyes and one of my eyes was red. She said she it was strange that only one eye turned red, since she applied the same exact eye shadow and liner to both eyes. Maybe some eye shadow particles fell in my eye, but I didn't feel anything. She was nervous, but she quickly reacted and got eye drops to apply to my eye. She stopped and waited for the eye drops to reduce the redness in my eyes. I had a hair appointment next door and she went over to inform the hair stylist that I was going to be late. It all turned out well and the redness in my eyes disappeared, thankfully! I would definitely come back again and have Sheila do my makeup again. Prices are fair and you really get great service.
