In all of our planning leading up to the event, Erika put me at ease. There were many changes that occurred throughout the past few months, and Erika worked with me through them all. She & her team took care of me, my bridesmaids and my mother, as well as my mother-in-law & gave us EXACTLY what we needed to feel extra beautiful for the special day. I also love how good she was with the children- offering them a "fairy-dusting" which they were very excited about :-) It was nice being able to have all the space that is available in the Salon area at Viana Hotel and Spa - we had room for a lovely breakfast spread (complete with mimosas :-)) while comfortably getting our hair and makeup done, and enough of a seating area to comfortably wait/ rotate chairs for makeup and hair. I wanted black hair with blue/teal peek-a-boos. I was given a color consultation and explained to her what I wanted. We were set...and It was time to make a change to my hair! I was getting a lot done, and I was in that chair for a long time! Roughly 5 hours! I had to get some of my hair bleached for the blue/teal part I was getting done, and then the rest black, and a haircut and a blowout. Lots of work! The stylists continued to come over to me to see if I was okay and if I wanted tea, coffee, water or even a bagel! Not only my hair, but myself as a person was well taken care of during my time at this salon. I don't remember the name of the stylists who worked on my hair (it's been a long day!), and more than one stylist helped me achieve the look I was going for.
