I could've had my whole meal be just the appetizers and I would've been happy. The dinner came out and the rice was seasoned and tasted awesome! The chicken and lamb chops were *chef's kiss*. My favorite (aside from the falafel) was the Kafta. It's the first time I had it and my taste buds were blown away. Of course we had to end the meal with dessert (not much room left but we made it work) and the tuxedo mousse cake was made with so much love you could taste it in every bite. The Biscoff Haven and Strawberry Shortcake were also absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying. I don't usually go for waffles outside of breakfast, but even the waffle stick won me over--it was warm, chocolatey, and just so good. I haven't been to the restaurant in person yet, but the quality of the food really speaks for itself. Even through delivery, everything tasted fresh, decadent, and thoughtfully made. So even though the actual ice cream quality is better here, I'm rating this place a 4 and Mr. Freeze a 5. If I could only have one of them in Toledo it would be Mr. Freeze for sure. But if I had to pick one of them to supply all the ice cream I could eat for the next year, it would definitely be Handel's. When I'm driving past this intersection in the summer, I'll often stop if the urge hits.
