I inspected the crown and it didn't look damaged. (Props to my former work friend's husband. Not a former friend, just a friend who is now retired. Anyway, her husband created the crown). Luckily, they were able to cement the crown back on, and I just have to lay off the hot bevs, crispy crunchies, and sticky caramels for 24 hours. In the 80s I had my teeth bonded due to issues I had with my top front teeth. As methods changed, he recommended porcelain veneers which I have had for over 20 years and are still going strong. I also have a lot of fillings from when I was younger in the 70s. He has, over time, when they have cracked, have replaced them. On the ones he replaced, I had no issues. Having my teeth cleaned seems uneventful due to this water pic like plaque remover. Dr Sigman and his staff have always been gentle and accommodating.
