The receptionists are very nice and friendly and will help you with any questions you have and always answer the phone if need too. Due to Covid everyone wears a mask and stay 6 feet away and the place is very clean and sanitized. I prefer office visits but they also do telephone visits as well. I thought I would give them one more chance and make sure I verbalized I wanted a hands-on adjustment. They were unwilling to do this. So I won't be going back. I wish they would have made it clear once I said it was pregnant that they would not be doing adjustments, but stretching. I wasted 60 dollars and time driving there. Front desk staff was mediocre at best. Dr. was very nice, but I wouldn't recommend if you are pregnant. My previous chiropractor had zero issue adjusting me pregnant.
