I have shopped at South Coast Plaza where they had a location there and in West Hollywood before they moved to Brentwood, Saks, as well as their outline (not the outlet online). The quality (material) is vastly different from the regular retails compared to the outlets, especially their pants. Buyer Beware.

He was a factor in why we we returned. Located in the Desert Hills Premium Outlets section near Nike and next to Saint Laurent. You cant miss it. You may have to wait to enter but the line should move rather quickly as it did both times for us. All the employees were friendly but Lantz is the person you have to see. Great personality and deserving of your time, you will see. We purchased a zipper around Luce wallet for my mother and a messenger bag I've had my eye on for a while. The wallet she will really like as it looks like an archival piece similar to what she's had in the past and ones that have been handed down to her by my grandmother. Very happy with our purchases. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the entry process was -- I only had to wait about 5-10 minutes, which was much faster than my previous experience. The door attendant was professional and explained that all associates were currently with clients, but he would introduce me to someone as soon as they were available. That extra touch of a formal introduction was new to me and made the experience feel more personal and elevated. Shortly after entering, I was greeted by Darlene, who pointed out that the men's section was on the left and women's on the right. She checked in to see if I had anything specific in mind, and when I mentioned I was just browsing, she let me know she'd be available if I needed anything. After a few minutes, I asked about lightweight jackets. Darlene explained that they were currently in the fall/winter season, so most lightweight pieces from the spring/summer collection weren't available. Still, she went above and beyond by checking the stockroom and bringing out a navy cardigan with a hood. She also pointed out a black padded cardigan on the sales floor, suggesting both could work as lightweight outerwear. I ended up trying both and loved the navy one, so I decided to go with it. The only thing I wish had been different was pricing -- a small discount would've been nice. I remembered seeing some items discounted during a past visit around Memorial Day, but Darlene did let me know this particular item was already marked down 30% from retail. All in all, a solid experience -- great service, thoughtful product suggestions, and a well-curated selection, especially if you're in the market for a winter jacket (. Parking is big  and easy to find a spot, and there are plenty of restrooms around, so it's convenient even if you stay for a long time.
