I've always been a fan of All Saints for their edgy, modern European style. Their leather jackets and sweatshirts are particularly standout pieces for me. Occasionally, I even indulge in their long, flowing dresses. They offer a wide range of styles that can fit various body shapes, which is great. However, I do find the prices a bit steep for what you get. Some of the garments have a raw, unfinished look, and I've noticed strings hanging off items more than once. This AllSaints Store is always my stop! They always have great deals and their clearance rack tend to have very nice and affordable items. Their t shirts don't tend to be discounts but their dress shirts, sweaters and pants are most of the time 60% off or at minimum 20% off. The staff is friendly, and they are also limiting the people inside the store and only have 2 fitting rooms open. read more

Do you know how f'ing hard it was to keep myself composed with their sales... I FREAKED. Not only are their prices pretty aggressive at their outlet but they had an additional percentage off for your whole purchase. I went berserk and immediately looked at my boyfriend like "forgive me" because you're about to see another side of me. During COVID-19 they had mandated masks to be worn within the store and when you try on clothes they have a pile to disinfect them as they're not put back in inventory. I thought that was pretty neat. This store is like my spirit, if you love darker tones and black within your wardrobe. THIS IS YOUR STORE. My favorite buy from shopping though was a gorgeous yet distressed denim jacket. Original price was $250, Marked down to $99, and then had an extra 30%. I had them double check the price because I didn't believe them lol. If you're shopping at the outlets y'all have to add this to your rotation. read more

***Quick Tip: AllSaints doesn't do refunds so you better make sure you'll love and keep your item before you buy! They do accept returns within 14 days, but only for store credit.*** I hadn't heard of AllSaints until I stumbled upon this store here (they do have stores in Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Robertson Blvd). AllSaints is a label that was started in the UK. Their make quality is better than H&M or Topman, but not as good as Rag & Bone. It's a little hipster, a little workman industrial, designed similar to Rag & Bone and John Varvatos, but with edgy creative cuts to some of their clothes. Colors are usually white, black, grey, browns and denim. Not many bold, bright colored shirts and zero fluorescent anywhere in the store. I tried on some shirts and a leather jacket. The leather on the jacket was soft and supple (and priced to reflect that), but their belts were pretty hard. When I went, most items were tagged about 30-35% off, and you could take an additional 20% off the lowest marked tag, which brings the savings close to 50% off. I have no idea if the additional 20% is their normal outlet promotion or something special. Most of their clothing is at the up to 50% discount, unless you're lucky enough to find something further discounted in your size on the clearance rack (even on the clearance rack, most things ended up at about 50% off. I was lucky and found a $130 shirt that was marked to $40.50 + 20% off which made it $32. That's 75% off which is a great deal, but like I said, there are very, very few pieces that come out to more than 50% off. Flashback to the 80s? Yup, that's the last time I can remember a store having such a horrid return policy. Places like Nordstroms revolutionized the retail industry in offering no questions asked return policies. AllSaints won't refund for any reason at all, with or without receipt. The most they will do is give you store credit, this is assuming that you return the item within 14 days of purchase. The cashier won't tell you this, the sales associates won't warn you about it. Better try that ish on 3x or 4x and make sure it fits your bootay! I do wonder why their in-store policy is so rough. I've heard that ordering online (for in season items) is less of a hassle than buying at a full priced retail store. I wonder if the in-store return policy was always this way or if it was instituted after they almost fell into insolvency a few years ago. All this said, I am impressed with some of their cuts and designs. It's a little hipster, a little rockstar and definitely different from what everyone else is wearing. read more

Fast forward about a year later, I see AllSaints is now at the Cabazon outlet and I gave them another chance. Score, big time!!! Amazing hand crafted bikinis, $25!!! Gorgeous skirt and matching shirt, $25 each, seeing as everything retailed at over $200 a piece, I was happy as a clam. great service, very cool store, I wanted so much more of their stuff, but stuck to the clearance rack for now. Found the best t-shirts ever at an amazing price at 30% off. There are two price tags for their basic tees for men, get the higher priced one - it's worth it. I saw these t shirts at Bloomingdales for a price I would never pay for a t shirt, but definitely stocked up here. The entire staff was friendly, and they are pet friendly as well. I would never shop at All Saints at their regular retail spots in LA, OC, etc. But at outlet, they can start giving mad discounts. Usually anywhere from 30-60%. Oh wait, if you come during a 4th of July weekend sale, or New Year's Day sale, slash off ANOTHER 50% for clearance. $300 retail knit dress shirt for $40???? I'll take it. Oh man. Every time I go to Palm Springs, I make it a point to get out here. This is, to my knowledge, the only All Saints outlet in SoCal (and one of two on the West Coast). And I always manage to drop some serious cash here. I have to say, All Saints retail is horribly overpriced as it is, but the outlets take at least 30% off, and sometimes, well over that. I've found items that were basically 50% off the retail price. And then they'd do an additional 20-30% special, and that brings it down even more. One might argue that these are the prices that they *should* be. But whatever. The staff here is also far more approachable and friendly than the retail stores. Angel has helped me out the past two times I came down, and she was unbelievably attentive and always ready to assist - and not at all judgey when I took 15 things in with me, including a scoop neck tee that I know I'll never be able to pull off (or wear). The store is located across from the Gucci outlet. So look for the line of people waiting to get into Gucci, and you'll know you're in the right place. read more

---READ THIS VERY IMPORTANT--- Someone by the name "BRENNA" (very unfriendly/dry staff person) tends to charge for merchandise you don't purchase. Pretty fishy I'd say. How often? who knows... Drove back, lost 40 mins of my time and she looked at me like "what do you want" as if "I did something wrong" ...not cool. Look at the name tag and just ask for someone else or double check your purchase at least twice if she helps you as she will not take responsibility for her actions... On top of it she charged me "extra" on that pair of boots I didn't buy. Someone else helped me with refund. I don't care about the money. it's the action! but most of all, her reaction to her mistake. I've spent close to $2,000 bucks in the last 4-6 months there. Maybe not much but I don't drive through there often. Either way...that's what I get? Everyone else super nice and helpful! Great stuff. I will be back for sure. Tried to purchase a sweater here and my card got debited , but it showed up declined in their systems. Made a claim with both my bank and the store. Both claims have been denied.The manager said the charge wouldn't settle, even though my mobile app clearly stated it did. All Saints say's the abbreviation used by the bank isn't their store. They have asked me to ask for a charge back from my bank. My bank doesn't want to, they want to file yet another claim investigation. The first one took two weeks, the longer I wait the less hopeful I am that I will get my money back. All Saints is not cooperating with my bank. Terrible service on behalf of AllSaints for claiming that the charge didn't come from them although they can read it in my bank statement they requested. Sadly, I have given them a lot of money over the years, but loyalty only goes so far with terrible customer service that starts in the store and trickles back to their "claims" and "financial department". I will never shop AllSaints again, and I suggest you stop before they rob you of your money. read more

I USE to be an avid shopper at the Desert Hills Premium Outlets All Saints till I started to realize that they would change there pricing every time there was a sale. For example: the store is always usually running take an additional 20% off the lowest ticketed price. But every now and then on a big sale weekend such as memorial day weekend the store would be running a take additional 30% off the lowest ticketed price All Saints would raise the price on the tag so you wouldn't be getting a great deal whatsoever. I use to go into this All Saints every few weeks and I started to notice that the price of a sweater (for example) would be 79.99 one week then 149.99 another. The costumer goes into the store thinking they are getting a great deal but in actuality they are not because the store raises the price every time there is a "big sale". A store should not be raising the price whenever there is a sale it is very bad business. It is very disappointing because I love All Saints but I will never be shopping with this company again. I couldn't believe the service I got at this store! The sales rep by the name of Tony was so helpful and exceptionally nice! He had a dress hold for me for about two weeks and I got a surprised phone call from him to remind me that he still had it for after all that time and they were running a big sale in their store. Just wanted to thank the excellent staff at this location. I'm from San Diego and didn't want to go into the store here, because the Fashion Valley location is a hit or miss with the staff. I've been looking around online for a couple of days, trying to see if i could find this specific shoe. After no success I decide I'd call the FV store, and see if they would have them. I told the person that answered the phone the name of the shoe and size I needed, she asked me if they were from 2014. I had no idea what year they were from, I just knew i liked the shoe. She laughed at me for not knowing. After that I didn't even feel like buying the shoe from that location was worth it. The only good thing that came from calling the FV store was that they gave me the number to this store, because FV was out of stock. I called ready to be talked down to. Thankfully, the gentlemen that answered spoke to me respectfully and was able to get me situated. He found the shoe and told me they were discounted even further than I originally thought! who doesn't like a good discount? Told him that I live in San Diego, and he offered to ship them to me. He then passed me to someone else to take down the rest of my information. This Young lady was also very patient and respectful.
