I was not very impressed with the discounts at this Vuori location. For example, if something is originally \$130, the sale price might be around \$90. While that's technically a discount, it's not significant enough to make a trip out of your way like I did! Since you can usually find similar deals at their regular retail stores. However, very friendly staff and a lot of parking available! It's a good size store but selection is definitely limited. read more

I love vuori and was excited to go for my first time to the outlet location but the service was horrible here. All the workers had attitude and acted like they didn't want to work there or help you with anything. I would ask a question and get no response or just a very rude tone. I was getting ready to pay and a bald white man was checking me out and I said thank you and he just walked away and didn't say anything. Very rude. I prefer to get my merchandise from REI as they give points and the occasional 20%-30% off one time. The outlets also have great pricing but are far from us. I love this brand though. I wear it non stop. Literally my wardrobe is always different version of their line. From top to bottom, to outerwear this brand knew what they were doing. I've paid full price for plenty of their stuff before I realized I could get a few deals here and there. The service at the stores is also great. Knowledgeable and helpful staff always. SO elated Vuori opened a location closer to Palm Springs! This Cabazon location has some great deals. I bought a couple of crop sweaters and a pair of shorts for 30% off. The staff members are attentive and helpful from fitting rooms to the cash register. This is always my first stop when I visit the outlets now! read more

Upon entering the store, I was shocked with how unbelievably loud the music was. It sounded like a night club with mid to late 2000s dated music. Being familiar with the Vuori brand and sizing, I began looking through the racks of clothing. I was looking for certain colors I liked and my sizes. I only had about a half hour to stop here, as I was on a long road trip and decided to stop since I was driving right by the place. I had an arm full of product and multiple store employees were hovering around me asking multiple times if I needed a fitting room. I let them know that I knew my sizes and I did not need a fitting room. I am wondering if they are just not used to people walking in, grabbing what they want, and buying large amounts? It was very strange the amount of employees hovering around me while I was shopping. I figured since it was an outlet and the prices were definitely a bit cheaper I'd get everything I wanted. Ended up walking out with retail price of nearly $800 for about $300-$400, so to me it was worth it. Will probably come back if I'm ever shopping at this outlet mall, but the store itself could use some changes. The music needs to be turned down. The racks are very clogged up and straps from the bra tops get tangled up in the hangers to the point where you can't get the top off the shelf that you want. Additionally, please do not ask a customer 5 times if they need a fitting room within 20 minutes and follow them around the store - it makes the customer feel very uncomfortable. read more

It was a great experience!!! First time at a VUORI was when I was visiting family at Encinitas, CA. The new Forum Shops location is fantastic as I noticed they have hired an icon here in Vegas in the world of adventure and wellness which his name is Premyer!!! Stop by and say hello to him. He will give you great advice if you need it on knowing the difference in styles and cuts on their clothes. VUORI is incredible in their quality and won't fail you while you're out doing your day to day errands and daily workouts! Plus great in MENS WEAR SELECTIONS!!! I would like to shout out this Vuori location. My fiance and I live in Vuori clothing and we visit many locations. Service is a hit or miss, but this outlet one was good one. The outlet has many pieces from the normal stores past styles and some of the current. Lots of the merchandise has a significant discount so it may or may not be worthwhile to stop by. I stayed in the store for a good 45 minutes with 7 of my girlfriends trying on stuff (who also got hooked and all came out with purchases). While you wait i would pay attention to some of the clothing being re-racked since certain styles are limited and may have been the last one the come off the rack. They have 3 fitting rooms so if you are looking to utilize prepare to WAIT . Wanted to give some recognition to ELIJAH who helped me my whole time there i asked him FOUR times to check in the back ( different items for men/women)for my size because i could not locate my size on the rack every single time he went he was successful in looking. Never showed any signs of irritability or annoyance, and i was quite persistent in search of certain pieces i purchased for my me and my fiance. Because of that I was able to get a substantial haul for us. I recently moved from Orange County to the Bay Area and stock is always minimal up there and service is not as welcoming or helpful.. So much appreciation when a location back down in So Cal will help me find pieces that i am in search for. read more

Terrible location . Drive yourself to lululemon instead . I found a jacked marked for 58 clearly no missing number once I am about to pay it rings to 158 . There was another jacket also marked for 58 and I guess one for 158 in the back. Two male workers I believe one is the manager . I told them it's not my fault I am not paying 158 when it's you guys fault it was marked at 58 and he said he can't sale it to me for that price . He didn't even say sorry or anything, usually all they do is stand around at the register and just check their phones and chat. They didn't even try to make it better or said let's match it . Or anything terrible help. The manager was very rude. I will continue to buy at lululemon way better costumer service and they fix it if they make any mistakes . I been a Vuori customer for a while but this really put me off. Also the jackets were right at the register in a rack next to them and if they didn't see the mistake on their items that's on them. They should spend more time actually doing the work then just chatting around. March 30 at around 7pm. I was also not greeted or anything I bought other 5 items and I even try them on and nobody even greeted me at the fitting room or anything . The Vuori fabrics are unmatched... so when I noticed there was an Outlet in the way back to LA from Palm Springs , I was all in to see if I could get any soft sporty goods at a discount, as they rarely have sales in their regular store. We walked away with joggers and tops... but docking a point because their pricing model wasn't very clear. :/ the "up to" language is unclear... and instead of marking the actual price on the ticket, they marked the Percent off... which was strange. Also, it wasn't clear until after we stood around for a while waiting for a fitting room that there was a waiting list for a room. There was no limit to what you could take into the rooms, so it took quite some time to turn the fitting rooms over. read more
