Please, in the name of all that is holy! Stay away from this attorney! He is a fraud. He will take your money and do nothing with your case! He takes peoples' money (especially from the elderly) and transfers the money to an offshore account in Trinidad. When he gets your money, he is "mysteriously" never available to answer your calls. As I know of, there are 5 people trying to get their money back from him with regards to services never rendered! The sheriff's office and the NYS Grievance Committee cannot (or will not) do anything against him. I think he has connections with the Grievance Committee b/c he never shows up to any of their summonses. He will try to bankrupt you especially if you are elderly. He does that especially to elderly people who own 2+ family homes. One victim I spoke with told me he tried to get her to sign away her home to him! He wants you to go bankrupt so he can snap up your property with your own money when you (God forbid) go into foreclosure! He is responsible for grand larceny, theft, and criminal fraud. Attorney Ernest Wilson is a first class criminal who should be disbarred immediately for taking clients' money and never doing any work. He needed $3500 retainer before he would file an eviction notice against my tenants in May 2024. After I paid him, he was never available. I would continuously go to his office but he was always in court. He never returned phone calls nor answered emails. I filed a complaint against him with the NY Bar, Letitia James and sued him. Nothing happened. He took $12,000 from a woman I know and did not file any motions for her. He paid her $6000 after she was able to surprise him when she showed in his office with an instrument that she threated to hurt him with.
