I was called repeatedly by a desk person to schedule a "surgery" and never once heard from an actual doctor to tell me what the biopsy results were. imagine getting a voicemail from an admin that says - hey we need to schedule your surgery; you hear nothing from an actual doctor. after 2 months of having the biopsy taken I finally actually received a letter explaining results vs some desk person calling me to schedule a "surgery". I'll never go back here. the letter is signed by a "doctor" that I've never heard of or met; I looked him up and he's a PA and not an MD. I'll be going elsewhere so it feels less like a heist and more like we are actually patients being seen by doctors who care. don't go here.
