I was called repeatedly by a desk person to schedule a "surgery" and never once heard from an actual doctor to tell me what the biopsy results were. imagine getting a voicemail from an admin that says - hey we need to schedule your surgery; you hear nothing from an actual doctor. after 2 months of having the biopsy taken I finally actually received a letter explaining results vs some desk person calling me to schedule a "surgery". I'll never go back here. the letter is signed by a "doctor" that I've never heard of or met; I looked him up and he's a PA and not an MD. I'll be going elsewhere so it feels less like a heist and more like we are actually patients being seen by doctors who care. don't go here.

He even makes follow up phone calls himself, either the same day or the day after your appointment. I went through the unfortunate experience a while ago and had to have an emergency extraction. I was able to be seen immediately and I was welcomed into the practice with open arms. I, like most people, hate going to the dentist. But, with the ambiance of the treatment areas, it helped me to relax. I even went back the next day for a follow up appointment and I was not even charged. I'm so thankful that I was able to rely on Dr. Torres and his staff during my dental crisis. Everyone in his office really cares and you can feel the love as soon as you walk in the door.
