I haven't needed substitutions for my dog food. (They were consistently out of stock at my previous location). So, considering my situation, It was a nice change. On a different note, my in-store experiences were less enjoyable. I tried to buy an inexpensive phone because mine was stolen. I still can't get it activated and it was supposed to be activated at the register. Also, it was my second time around with the same phone, because the first time was incomplete. Although I entered the store with more than 50% battery power, I soon discovered that it was draining quickly because of a malware problem. However, during checkout I was transferred from the phone counter to the front of the store because they were about to close. So, at 4% bp I had to waste the majority of what was left traveling to the front of the store. But once I reached the register, I was advised to turn off the phone while I was being rung up a second time. When I turned it on again, I was unable to get to the wallet on my phone in time to make the purchase and they kicked me out instead of helping me. So, in my opinion, they were part of the problem rather than the solution and didn't meet their responsibility to make it right. I believe It would have been better if the first guy had been more helpful and less concerned about his own issues with time management or whatever. In conclusion, I don't, like some of the employees who are here. But I do like that I am able to feed my doggy. To me that's the highest priority. Pettiness is better left to the less competent crowd.

She helped me find a charger and even let me open it (after paying), and plug it in right there to see if it actually charged my laptop. YES! it works so $40 bucks later, back charging! This was just a few days after Christmas, and there were only a handful of shoppers--mostly in Ulta. The bathrooms were in disrepair, with most sinks and stalls closed, which was disappointing. While the mall itself was generally clean and in decent condition, the food court was very bare and overpriced. The few stores that were still open looked like they were barely hanging on. I used to enjoy walking around malls and shopping, so it's sad to see this decline. The mall management really needs to lower lease rates to attract more businesses and bring back foot traffic. I suspect they're charging exorbitant rates based on location, but that strategy seems to be driving existing businesses away.
