Some of the other local(ish) UPS Stores won't accept a package that's been insured for a high-dollar-amount but this store does (I believe up to $5K - but don't quote me on that) - which has been a real help when I've been in a bind at my job. The workers can range from friendly to... not-as-friendly. Biggest gripe - there's just not enough (legal) parking in this area. You'll always have to contend with double-parked cars and cars in the yellow - with their hazards on (the 'go-to-trick' that makes them impervious to tickets, I suppose?!) My other gripe - I'm hoping to be in-and-out with my one package which means there's at least one person ahead of me with a sack as large as Santa's with well over a dozen returns (Amazon, eBay, Walmart) that are nowhere close to being ready to go... so now I'm stuck. I don't have much business at a UPS store but I always opt to do my Amazon returns there because I like going so much. That said, they offer a ton of services like printing all sorts of things, copying, shipping, ect. I've never waited more than 2 minutes in line and I am always met with a smile and kindness. I've only seen it with 2 (usually 3 or 4) workers behind the counter so it runs much more efficiently than other UPS locations I've been to. Again, the workers are always so sweet.
