Questions were handled through voicemail, responses were often delayed, and some calls were not returned. I also paid a retainer based on their detailed questionnaire. Two months after my taxes were filed, I received an unexpected $275 invoice with no explanation. When I asked for clarification, I was told the retainer only covered preliminary setup and that additional forms identified during preparation resulted in extra charges. These fees were not clearly communicated in advance.

Of course, I was a bit skeptical, like anyone might be for the first time doing this. But I already…read morefeel such an immense shift in my energy and mindset. And it has only been a couple hours since my first session. I came back home after this session to my sickly dog. I saw she had a service for pets on her website. I had texted her after my session: "Just thought I should let you know (and no rush or anything) but [my dog] has been shaking all day today in his back legs and lower back region He's had back problems before and the vet said they can only really act on emergencies just so worried for my baby." She responded, saying she will do his session in a bit. I didn't have to do anything. Just a couple minutes had gone by and his energy clearly shifted. It was unbelievable. I mean, he was immobile all day and just sad. Then all of a sudden, he's eating, walking around faster than he had been in a couple days, excited to go out. I am beyond amazed and so grateful to have had this experience and for my dog as well. I hope everyone and their pets who are going through anything find Soraya and experience her healing work. With something like reiki, I think it makes a huge difference how a practitioner shows up in the practice - with regards to boundaries, intention, engagement, how skill is used, etc. Soraya's intelligence, intuitive abilities and kindness stood out to me and were greatly appreciated and felt.
