Unfortunately, you have no say as to if, when, or how these people invade your property. It's all under the auspices of almighty Google. But they are slow, incompetent, and unbelievably sloppy. They have no respect at all for your property. There is never any notice about what they're going to do, or when they're going to do it.
Their work on the road was haphazard, leaving dangerous conditions for pedestrians while they sit in their cars drinking coffee and scrolling on their phones.
They ruined my brand new lawn, and their efforts at restoration just made everything look even worse. They don't ask what you'd like to have happen. They decide, and do it if they feel like it. There is no accountability, no sense of propriety, and absolutely terrible communication.
If you have a choice (which you don't), avoid this company any anyone who hires them. read more
