I contacted T.Baskett&Son plumbing and could not be happier with their service! Ted Baskett Jr. came out immediately, patiently answered all my questions, gave a GREAT estimate and returned the same day to do the work. Within a few hours he had the line replaced and we are back to normal :) I highly recommend Ted Baskett and will make sure I contact him first for any repairs in the future. :)

I said absolutely not since this is a new toilet that I bought from them. They said that they would not charge me for the service since they couldn't find the problem. Yesterday, I received a bill for $195. :( I will not be using their services again. BTW, Payne Plumbing came by and said that I needed a new toilet so apparently the one that A1 sold me was bad because it works now.
