After looking at it, he explained that it would likely require replacing a pipe and gasket and gave me a very reasonable quote. When he returned on Friday with the necessary supplies, he opened everything up and realized the pipe didn't actually need to be replaced. Instead of doing unnecessary work, he fixed the leak with a much simpler repair. Even better, he charged me significantly less than the original quote because the repair turned out to be easier than expected. It's rare to find someone as honest and professional as Wyatt.
