I just noticed someone new coming to maintain our pool and I had to go out and introduce myself and that's when the new pool guy informed me of the change. This is just completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Regardless whether the new pool guy was a good fit or not - I should've been informed of this change and given the chance to meet the new guy and vet him before I agree to the changes. Not sure how this happened and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else because giving someone access to your home is a extremely personal and for someone to do it without your consent is quite alarming as it shows no respect for your property or privacy.
