I was very disappointed in the flowers sent to my 90 yr old aunt ( I'm from out of town) . When I placed my order I ask that he send me a picture since I want to show my siblings. Didn't do that & had a photo sent by her son & it not worth almost $100 ( not including delivery fee). Joseph asked how he could make it right & I requested "partial" refund & could not do it. He could sent her flowers but not till he get back from vacation week later. I will not use this florist again. He hung up on me too!! read more

I didn't order a vase of leaves. The owner called me after I sent them a direct message. He advised of his "recipe" and said he did exactly what he was supposed too. When I said it looks nothing like the picture he stated he didn't know what I received. I offered to text him a picture and when I did he hung up on me. I called him back. He said he didn't receive the images yet. I asked him if he would call me back once he received them His words "I close in 5 minutes so it will have to be tomorrow. " I told him don't bother and that I would not patronize his business again. Bad business. Poor quality customer service & no desire to fix anything. This was my $113 purchase. read more

Did a same week order to get a nice arranagement for my aunt's funeral services. The owner took my order. He was gentle, kind and very attentive. Joseph was also very empathetic about our recent loss and he expressed his condolences them moment I told him I was ordering for my aunt's funeral. I had called the funeral home first to check on the hours of delivery and if someone would be present to receive my aunt's flower arrangement. I then called Joseph back to coordinate and confirm the time for the delivery to the funeral home and he did exactly what we had arranged for him to do. The arrangment was beautiful and displayed very elegantly. I made my own ribbon with what I wanted the message to read, but he added the paper message with my order. It was all nice and my family and I were grateful for his talent with making the order on such a short notice and making it look perfect for her final farewell. read more

I called this place literally a day before my fathers funeral. I was so beside myself because of his death I forgot to order flowers. I had called 3 places before him and they were all so cold and unthoughtful. But Joseph the owner of this flower shop was so kind and understand through one of the hardest times of my life. He took my order last minute even though I'm sure he was super busy. The next day was the day of my fathers funeral. I walked into the most beautiful flower arrangement any daughter can ask for. I was almost not going to write this review as the recipient of the floral arrangement seemed happy but in seeing it, it is definitely not as described and I am very unhappy with what she received for what I paid. I placed this order at 11pm the night before and called at noon to confirm that the order went through and would be delivered on time. Flowers were delivered at 5pm, their hours are listed as from 9am to 5pm. When the owner called me because no one was opening the gate, I was informed that she's open from 10-6 so she doesn't see what the problem is with delivering flowers at 5pm. She had to arrange my flowers and I am "not the only person who bought flowers and I've had a busy day" The bouquet which I paid one hundred and thirty dollars for looks nothing like what is pictured. There are a total of THREE yellow roses, the rest are white Lillie's and Daisies. No accountability, see the pictures of what I paid for vs what I got. It would have been nice to be informed that the flowers would be arriving so late, I mean, really, who delivers flowers at 5pm? Was told that she went out of her way for the roses. I'm sorry, it took you 4 hours to buy 3 yellow roses?!?! Would not recommend, very unsatisfied. When I spoke with the owner, she said she delivered what I paid for so she didn't understand what my issue was. First picture is of what I expected for the money I paid, second is of what we got. So much for a "PREMIUM" bouquet... what we received was barely a standard based on their own description. HORRIBLE. read more

We bouquets from fake flowers and tied with zip ties & took them in for the florist to trim the stems, wrap the base with burlap ribbon and pin so that they looked nice (we provided all the materials). Upon picking them up we noticed that they weren't wrapped tightly, the pins were loose & the zip ties were still showing. Not good! She charged me $25 for a job that was no better than my trial wrap & I still have to re-do them all. I would not recommend them at all! Ugh! read more

Quick and easy, at first glance I thought that this place was someones house. Inside is a very small, but for size they make up in quality. I got my mother some flowers for mothers day and they were very beautiful, my mom loved them. I ordered them in the morning and got them early in the evening. Jody did my sisters wedding and all the flowers were just gorgeous! and the price was incredibly reasonable! all the people who work in there are always so nice and helpful. and the flowers always seem to last along time compared to bouquets i pick up at the grocery store, those always seem to wilt after a couple days but the flowers from here stay nice practically forever! and if you dont see what you like in the store they are always willing to create something custom for you AND they even deliver to Modesto, just love this place and the owner! read more
