I had called in initially, but then was directed to place it online. It was super easy, picked the arrangement and paid and requested it to be delivered the next day by noon. This is a follow up from a previous post I had written about this business. My first experience was not so great because of a small/big issue with the flowers. They arrived at a good time, the exact ones as I ordered, and with the exact msg. However (reason I gave them only 1-2 stars)was because the flowers only lasted like 2 days. My Gf was happy I had gotten her flowers but disappointed that they were "cheap". Long story short the people at flowers by HP Papadopoulos contacted me to explain the big mistake that occurred and we worked together to make it right. I felt like an a hole coming on Yelp before contacting the shop and expressing my issue. I felt like this business immediately went out of their way to make things better not only to clear their name but because they truly cared about a bad experience and felt bad.
