The "Diamond Heist" was our 18th escape room of varying levels of quality, and our second at the Escape Mystery Rooms (previous was CSI: Conway). This place was a little different, with a homier feel, and we had a little bit of a frustrating experience the first time around based on the way the room was laid out and the way our game was managed. However, the Diamond Heist was very well put together. We got an appropriate/abundant level of helps and hints that kept the game moving along. When we got stuck it was almost completely on us, and the game master helped where needed. Parts of the game were very innovative and despite this being number 18 we were amazed that there are still new ways to solve "puzzles" and Escape Mystery Rooms integrated a number of them into the room. The one drawback, associated with the "homey" atmosphere, was that there were a few young children running around (grandkids?) in the front area. The only issue with that was that they were an auditory distraction while we were trying to immerse ourselves in the room (minor) and might have been a distraction to the game master once or twice(?). In the end they credited us with escaping at 59:59 and we were very satisfied with our experience and disappointed that we missed out on the Hotel Room (which appeared to be closed for replacement), but are looking forward to what they install next. We will continue to return to Escape Mystery Rooms, especially if they end up opening their date night room as they'd discussed a few months ago. I recommend this escape room as one of the top in the local area. And if you need to discuss this review hopefully I'll be the one coming out of one of their escape rooms at under 60 minutes. read more

Me & my friends recently played the Hotel Room, which was a lot of fun. Me & my friends play a lot of escape rooms, some tend to be dull but Escape Mystery Rooms isn't. We will book again soon to play their other rooms. Highly recommend. read more

As soon as I walked in the door, I could tell this business was lacking. There were baby leggings on the floor, the owners grandkids were there carving pumpkins and being obnoxiously loud. The instructions were confusing and a bit annoying. After the instructions, we were led behind the front desk and immediately I saw a massive mess scattered throughout the room. Once we entered our escape room, I looked around and saw that the room was quite dilapidated and dirty. As we began, I could still hear the grandkids yelling and honestly, it was very distracting and unprofessional. At one point, I had to stick a broomstick with a magnet at the end through a hole. Soon after, half of the broomstick fell off. The game master proceeded to walk in and say "this happens all the time". Then, we got most of the locks wrong because the room was not put back together properly. In short, I would not recommend this room to anyone. read more

I have been here around 4 times and I have had nothing but good experiences. I have enjoyed all of the rooms I've done. There have always been new puzzles throughout the different room and fun and interesting ways to open locks and find clues. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an escape room in Conway. read more

My college staff and I just finished our visit- and all of us had such a great time! My group was in the "hard room" and it was just hard enough to keep us busy and thinking, but not so difficult that it was impossible to understand. We really had fun doing these projects and definitely grew together as a team. I highly recommend this for families or teams who need an hour to kill! The staff was very kind, helpful, and supportive! I do wish the song "The Sorcerers' Apprentice" was played at one point. It felt suiting. But that's personal preference. Overall- we had such a blast and I am definitely suggesting Escape Rooms to my friends! So much fun! read more

I've done two of the rooms but with two different sets of people. Both times were an absolute blast. They really do want you to succeed so they give you clues throughout if you get stuck. The first room we got through with less than a minute and the 2nd time I went we almost got out...we only had two steps left. It was fun, challenging, and a good atmosphere. Book ahead and pay online so you get the room and time you want. Definitely need 3 or more in the room if you want to get out! read more

While we did run out of time, there was no way we could have succeeded. The item we needed for the 4-digit lock was BEHIND SAID LOCK. We were offered a handwritten coupon for 50% off a repeat visit. We exchanged the coupon for the solution, which revealed the error. Definitely a CYA move, one that almost worked...almost. We might not have solved the murders, but we did solve the mystery behind our failure...and their coupon. read more
