During going over the rules we found out none of the kids could use the VR set as they had to be 13 years old and the operator said it was "clearly stated". It was definitely not clearly stated when booking or even on confirmation email. I scoured the website in case I missed something and could find nothing on age limits for VR. Kids were upset as they were looking forward to it. The kids ended up enjoying playing the games with their friends. The young man working with his Dad was great, helped the kids out quite a bit when they were having issues. It was upsetting as a customer not getting exactly what you thought you were paying nearly $400 for. All in all it was an ok experience, not horrible but definitely could have been better.

We made that mistake a bit where we had jeans and just regular shoes. We were able to move around for the games still but our scores suffered a bit because we were going to dinner after. They have tons of throwing, matching, difference spotting, spelling, agility, target shooting and other colorful themed games! Once you make an account here during your first visit, you're hooked! All your scores are logged, put against a global and local scoring table, and the race is on to be the best at the game. We did an hour and it seemed to fly by. Each game is about 2 minutes. If there's something you really want to play, you may have to wait a few minutes but it's worth it. The time tracking on the wristband is very accurate. Stay hydrate, dress accordingly, be patient (all age groups are here), and enjoy!
