However, what really sold me were two things: (1) the customer service of the staff and (2) the arcade's strive for innovation and progression in enhancing the VR experience. The staff where very kind and accommodating, even with our large party of 7. They did their best to provide a wide range of games for us to play. In addition, after our time was up, my friends and I got to beta test their first multiplayer VR backpacks. Imagine being able to physically move around and play with your friends in an open space - awesome, right? This is a but a glimpse of what Escape VR at Oxford, MI can provide to the public. I'm only in Michigan for vacation this weekend, but this visit was the most memorable. As an engineer, I appreciate their innovation and profession in VR, and I hope the next time I visit MIchigan, I get to see how much this place has grown.

Instead of communicating she thought my foot was on her sofa she walked up and grabbed the bottom of my shoe twice before telling me what was going on. No liquids were on allowed on the bus and instead of verbally saying that she pointed to a sign. Despite her attitude the children did enjoy themselves. We go the package that included a foam party. The gentleman that did the foam was very nice. For the amount I spent I expected better customer service, I would not book again due to her demeanor but I am not here to deter business. No complaints regarding the bus on actual service provided.
