For my trouble, they even agreed to repair a few more slate roof tiles that had slipped during zeta at no additional cost. I'm very grateful for Eddie's help, and I'd also give a special shout-out to Eric Thompson and Edward Fakier for their fantastic customer service. The truth is that every construction project will have issues, but ultimately its worth finding a company that works hard to put the customer first. I'm glad we went with Garcia, as I can't think of another company that is willing to go above and beyond like that!

I saw an ad for Mid City Roofing & Home Improvement Services in the newsletter of my mother-in-law's church, and after seeing so many 5-star reviews of the company on Google, I did further research and saw they are licensed with the State Of Louisiana. Also saw the company has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, so gave them a call and sent an email to them explaining our situation. Marcos, owner of MidCity, called back same day and was at the house the next day. Turns out, my mother in law recognized Marcos from attending daily church services at the same church with him, which says something about his character, if you ask me. The MidCity crew did a fabulous job on the roof at an EXTREMELY REASONABLE price, especially since it was an urgent situation for us...so they came out on a Saturday morning to do the repairs! Wow. Just wow!

I have to hire another roofing company to fix the unresolved problems. When I reached out for assistance, they brushed me off, leaving me to handle it on my own. My roofing job was completed by Ryson in October 2022, it is now September 2024. Three of my neighbors asked about who did my roof, and I advised them not to waste their time. They took my advice and went to another company. I told them this company doesn't stand by their work.

Very unprofessional. I dealt with Rob Mooney, which I would…read morerun form him. Very unreliable. I got the job scheduled. Went to the office to pay for the job. Told the I have a driveway with a ditch on both sides. Do not block the driveway. Please put the roofing on the grass. I have 3 vehicles and not much room. Today I came home and the material was blocking the access to the majority of the driveway. I had to get out after no help from cypress roofing and move the shingles by hand to the grass to park. Then Rob, wanted to argue with me about this request not to block my driveway. I also spoke to the people in his office that work with the sales people to make sure they don't block the driveway. He they wanted to cancel my contract and charge me a fee, even when they canceled the contract. This company is very shad their business practices and Rob Mooney, will not be around to setup the job. They are a disaster and run from these people. Really lack of someone managing the roofing replacement process and no one listens. When they make mistakes it is everyone's problem, but theirs.
