Also saw the company has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, so gave them a call and sent an email to them explaining our situation. Marcos, owner of MidCity, called back same day and was at the house the next day. Turns out, my mother in law recognized Marcos from attending daily church services at the same church with him, which says something about his character, if you ask me. The MidCity crew did a fabulous job on the roof at an EXTREMELY REASONABLE price, especially since it was an urgent situation for us...so they came out on a Saturday morning to do the repairs! Wow. When I arrived home, I found leftover materials right in the middle of my yard with communication although I had been communicating with them so they had my number and email. Do not expect communication from this company until it is time to pay. I chose them because of the name, but for what I got, and charge per board, any roofing company probably could have provided the same or better and acted like I was important during the process.

Told the I have a driveway with a ditch on both sides. Do not block the driveway. Please put the roofing on the grass. I have 3 vehicles and not much room. Today I came home and the material was blocking the access to the majority of the driveway. I had to get out after no help from cypress roofing and move the shingles by hand to the grass to park.
