HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We moved from Las Vegas to South Carolina and did a ton of research on other…read moremoving companies before deciding on Eco Movers LV. Their price was in the middle of the two other companies we narrowed it down too but we decided to do Eco Movers due to our initial reaction of getting quotes and questions answered. They were very responsive and I could tell they were not trying to hit you over the head with hidden fees or additional costs like some of the other companies. Everything they quoted was a set price with no fluctuations. We booked everything a few months in advance to be proactive but Leury and his team made sure to check in with us before moving day. He came by and did a walk through of our 3 bed/2 story home to make sure he and his team had what they needed. The only thing I wasn't expecting was to pay for the blankets used for wrapping, but I take responsibility for that as Leury was not aware that our belongings would be staying in storage, and did not want to remove the blankets so our stuff wouldn't be damaged. I appreciated the thoughtfulness and had no issues paying the extra for that. The guys that arrived to pack our stuff were so nice. We had about 3 guys show up and they did their thing. They made sure to point out any of our furniture that had previous dings or cracks and took pictures for reference. They were super quick and efficient and wrapped our fragile and heavy furniture. We did the packing ourselves and only hired them to move so we appreciated them wrapping things as part of their service. After they were done we were given an estimated time of arrival for our items and as always, they stayed in communication with us along the way. They gave us daily updates of where our load was on the journey. We had someone else be there for when our load arrived and they let us know everything went smoothly! I love how thorough the whole Eco Movers team was. I always felt like my things were safe and taken care of. We also had 2 Jeeps that needed transporting and Leury and his team recommended us to their partner Mark who was equally honest and reliable. They also quoted us fixed quotes without any hidden fees, and stayed in constant communication with us. We met our driver (Enrique) across the street from our neighborhood to drop off our cars. I would note that they need space to unload some cars to put yours on, so meeting them in a more feasible location may be a thing. Thankfully we had a big lot across from our neighborhood so we just walked back after our cars were dropped off. The company used was Onway Logistics. I appreciated them providing a tracking link so you can track your cars along the way. They arrived a day before schedule and we also had someone pick the cars up for us and everything went smoothly. Overall we paid about $11.5k for the whole move. The cars were $1850 a piece and the household move came in around $7800. Again, we had quotes higher and lower than Eco Movers but felt more comfortable paying a bit more for quality service. We highly recommend Eco Movers if it's in your budget, and will keep recommending them to anyone who asks! Huge shout out to Elsa for staying in constant communication with us and being such a pleasure to work with on Leury's team. And a huge shout out to our handy movers Hunter, Jonathan, and Lee for loading our things and having fun while doing it! And Enrique for getting our vehicles there safely! And thank you to Leury for having such an amazing team and system!

FIVE STAR MOVING COMANY REVIEW…read more If I could give more than 5 stars, I would, but then the company name would have to change! Craig and his team of movers, truly came to my rescue. I initially contacted another moving company for an interstate move from San Diego to Las Vegas. The bid came in very high, and I was told by that company that there were "additional fees" for interstate moves, making the price much higher than expected. Then, just 3 days before my scheduled move, that company called and tried to more than double the price!  leaving me in a total panic. I reached out to 5 STAR Moving Company, and the owner, Craig , responded immediately. He was furious when I told him my story. He calmed me down right away with his happy demeanor and reassuring words that they would take care of the move at a fraction of the quoted price. All was true. Not only did they accommodate me on such short notice, but they were also transparent, professional, and fair with their pricing--no surprise fees! The crew arrived right on time, very happy to be there and eager to start. They handled my belongings with care, and made a stressful move almost seamless. If you are looking for honest, hard-working movers who actually care, look no further. Craig and his team are the absolute best!

Five Star Moving was able to accommodate my move within a days notice, unbelievable. Craig, the owner, was very communicative and kind. He made the magic happen! I'm so grateful. On moving day, the A-Team came in with smiles and amazing attitudes while working hard to get our things (heavy and big) over to our new home. They made the move fun. Never in my wildest dreams did I think this would be fun. The A-Team kept a smile on my face and laughter in my belly! All things were moved in a timely manner (speedy and faster than I imagined). Nothing was damaged. Everything was placed where it needed to be inside of our new home. Beds were put together as needed. This was truly a move of spectacular proportions. The cherry on top was the price! Five Star Moving is extremely competitive and everything points in their direction. Book them for your move if you want a smooth and fun transition. I am so grateful and thankful for Five Star Moving. I would utilize them a hundred times over.

Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. During my move within Las Vegas, a box was dropped that resulted in a $260 side table being completely destroyed, along with damage to other items including a plant, photo, and multiple pieces of furniture that were scratched and nicked. What's most disappointing is not just the damage, but how the company handled it afterward. I filed a claim in good faith, expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, my claim was denied, and I was offered $25 for a $260 table. That is not only inadequate, it's honestly insulting. What makes this even more frustrating is that I went out of my way to take care of the movers. I bought them coffee from Starbucks, prepared care packages with snacks and energy drinks, and still tipped each of them individually, even after discovering the damage. I approached the situation with understanding, knowing accidents can happen. But the way this company handled the aftermath shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care. When you're spending around $1,000 on a move, you expect a basic level of professionalism and protection for your belongings. Instead, I was left with damaged items and a company unwilling to make it right. I'm sharing this so others can make a more informed decision. Castle Labor belongs to the rarefied end of household service, where labor alone is insufficient…read moreand the real commodity is command: of logistics, materials, risk, sequence, scale, and finish. The company may be listed as a handyman service, but that label cannot contain the breadth of what they execute. Cross-country moving, heavy furniture relocation, artwork installation, lighting and electrical fixtures, wallpaper, fragile decorative objects, and complex wall systems all fall within the same operational vocabulary. The distinction becomes clearest when the work carries genuine consequence. A 100-pound painting suspended beneath a 12- to 15-foot ceiling is not a household errand; it is an exercise in load, height, anchoring, staging, and composure. Castle Labor arrived with scaffolding rather than improvisation. Six- to eight-foot porcelain vases, heavy enough to require strength and fragile enough to punish haste, were moved and placed without drama. Vänt panels, marketed as simple but unforgiving in practice, exposed the difference between ordinary installation and disciplined handling: two other handymen failed before Castle Labor aligned, latched, and completed the wall correctly. That breadth would mean little without temperament. The work is thorough, professional, and calm; the crew remains until the job is finished rather than until the clock becomes convenient. When a request falls outside their scope, they do not bluff. They refer well. Their pricing sits above cheaper alternatives, but the premium buys more than hours. It buys insurance, judgment, equipment, patience, and the quiet assurance that expensive, awkward, fragile, or technically fussy work will not be abandoned halfway between intention and completion. Castle Labor is an end-to-end domestic atelier: a service for people who expect a home to be handled with the same seriousness usually reserved for objects, spaces, and undertakings that are simply irreplaceable.

On the day of the move the team said they were going to call in a third person to assure the move went more swiftly. I recognize that this was not an easy move since I have antique furniture and was moving into a second floor apartment. They did have a supervisor come and check the team and their work. He also showed them more efficient ways to wrap furniture. In the end, it cost $1470 for 8 hours of labor which was more than twice what I anticipated. It was over 3 times the original estimate. As far as the work I am very satisfied. The movers were very professional and took great care of all of my household goods including the antique furniture. They were very careful and made sure that all furniture was placed exactly where I wanted. I would recommend this company but if you are tied to a certain budget, be sure to confirm the estimate and potential variance before the project begins.
