BEWARE!!! Don't bother wasting your money hiring this law firm to represent you. They make a ton of promises during the consultation but as soon as you hire and pay them, they completely stop communication. If you have questions regarding your case, they will not answer your calls or emails. I literally had to call from my work phone to get Seppi to answer. And they showed up over an hour late to court unprepared several times. When I called the office to ask where my attorney was, the lady I spoke with said he was in trial in the same courthouse my hearing was in and he'll be in my dept. soon. ESFANDI Represented me last year. I had never been arrested for a criminal charge and It was very emotionaly taxing and I was very scared. It was a assault with deadly weapon no gun charge, both me and my boyfriend were arrested, a neighbor dispute that escalated and got out of hand. Seppi is a pretty stand-up guy when it comes down to it. I initially contacted Seppi's law firm in late 2016 for help after an incident of police brutality. Of course, the police didn't own up to it, and processed criminal charges against me for "Resisting arrest," although there was no reason for arrest. Seppi heard me out, and after fact-checking my story, came down fully on my side. He started proceedings for getting the case thrown out, but the prosecutor(s) was/were very resistant to the idea due to police involvement. After a year and a half of court dates, and a few hoops jumped through, my case was completely dismissed. The only reason why this review is not five stars is that there was a series of miscommunications* with certain representatives of the Seppi Esfandi Law Firm that caused me a few issues and a bit of stress. Seppi went to the effort of correcting those matters with me directly, and restructuring his business to provide better service to all his clients. There were some shaky patches, but in the end I received the result I wanted, and Seppi went the mile to make any problems minimal. Seppi is an experienced lawyer that will leave you impressed with his courtroom presence. I was also pleasantly surprised to see some of the new talent he had added to his team toward the end of my case.
