I can't even begin to describe how grateful I am with how The Rodriguez Law Group handled our case. My girlfriend was involved in a domestic violence incident, where she was arrested with a felony. There was even video of what happened, which the police had access to. This was an extremely difficult case to work on. This is an updated review. 3 years ago an attorney, who is no longer with the group, reached out to me regarding my case and offered his help. He made every step of the way so easy. Fast forward to now things have not been so great. I called to check status on my case a few months back and was told the attorney representing me was no longer with the firm. I thought it was a bit strange that no one told me that the original attorney had left the firm and that my case had been passed to someone new. My last court date was scheduled for December 11 2018. I called after the holidays to get an update once again and have had no luck getting anyone to return a call or update me as the prior attorney had almost always done after a court date. I even sent some text messages to the new attorney and no response. I'm not sure if my messages are going through but at this point I'm very disappointed by the lack of communication. read more

I hired them about 3 months ago for a case I had gotten, before I got them the lawyer Sean Perez promised me alot of things he could not keep . I put a 3k dollar down payment and he said communication is key but he never would return my calls or texts not once !! I would call the law firm and they would tell me he's busy at courts and they'll have him call me as soon as possible but never called or texted me back . Only time he would respond would be when I would ask about the payment I had to pay ! . And on my court date the firm sent somebody else !. A public defender would've probably done more than them . ! . Bottom line is I'm doing prison time I turn myself in soon .. not once did I feel good having them on my side ..I'll be away from my kids a very long time .. I would give them zero stars but Yelp doesn't allow me ..save your time and money and get someone that will fight for you and communicate with you ! read more

The Rodriguez Law Group saved my life. I got a felony case about three years ago and the outcome could have made my life etremely difficult. I recently found myself in need to hire a criminal defense attorney. I searched the internet, and decided on 4 attorneys to check out to see which one I felt was best for me. I chose one of the 4 and had them e-mail me a contract to sign. I filled out the contract, which included payment information. Then at the last minute, I decided to search the internet again just to confirm my decision before I e-mailed the contract back. This search revealed "The Rodriguez Law Group" with an address in down town Las Angeles. This law group did not show up during my earlier search, so I decided to check out their website. I was impressed with their website, so I called to set up an appointment for a free consultation. I told the receptionist that I was coming from Orange County and could not make it to their office by 4:00PM., because of the distance and it was Friday afternoon. The receptionist was very nice and polite, and checked with an attorney, then said they could accommodated my needs and set an appointment for me at 6:30PM that night. Upon arriving at their office, I was met by Associate Attorney Nathan H. Soleimani, who introduced himself, then took me into his office. I was a Little nervous and agitated, as I explained my circumstances to Nathan, who, calmed me down and reassured me that he was there to help me, and to take all the time I needed to go over my case. Nathan was very professional, patient and reassuring throughout our conversation. Once I finished explaining my case to Nathan, he gave me his opinion of my case, and told me how he felt my case should be handled, because my first court date was this coming Tuesday. Nathen then went over the cost for his services and payment options. I asked Nathan, why I should hire him and his law firm, instead of the other law firm that I previously mentioned. The other law firm was closer to the court, and half the price his firm was going to charge me. Nathan explained to me with great confidence, that he was a bulldog and would attack my case aggressively and get out ahead of it to try to prevent the case form actually being filed. Nathan also talked about his knowledge of the law regarding my case, his familiarity with the court system, and his plan of action for my case. Based on my meeting with Nathan, I formed the opinion that he would be the best attorney to represent me in court, so I decided to hire The Rodriguez Law Group, with Nathan representing me. The following Monday morning, Nathan called me, and advised that he had already starting working on my case. Nathan had called the court, and went over the elements of my case. After his conversation, he was told that me case would not be filed, that is was being rejected by the district attorney's office. Nathan told me what I needed to do to obtain an official written rejection. I know that my case was very minor, however it was very important to me,, and it was important that my record remain clean. I had a very bad experience with these people. They don't take their time in listening and they make assumptions. The day of my hearing, The person that helped me was being a show off and I was embarrassed. He was trying to speak to the people I was going against and made a rude comment directly to them that I thought would affect me during my hearing. Isn't that why I hide them? So that I wouldn't be stressed out?? Well, during the hearing he speaking over the judge and I could tell the judge was annoyed by him. Again, he embarrassed me. At the end of the hearing he walked out of the court room as if he was getting out of a party bus in Vegas. Chanting "I told you! Surprise" IT WAS SOOO EMBARRASSING!!
