Received the worst service! We paid for a seasonal tune up on our lawn mower and after having multiple problems after being delivered back... we found out the blades were never sharpened and the part that was suppose to be fixed was a generic after market part that didn't even fit the mower. After multiple attempts of trying to resolve the situation... the "owner" was extremely rude and further said " You must not know who I am? Was that to scare me? spoke with jeff--(he gave me his cell phone #)set up a c.o.d. for a delivery for a 48" badboy zero turn which was in stock-and a bagger which had to be ordered--jeff said he would call to set up delivery--i tried calling him for 2 weeks regarding my delivery and left messages to call me back--he never called--i finally got intouch with him in his work place--he told me the 48" was sold and he had a 42"--i replied why wouldnt you call me and tell me--than i quickly said never mind i will buy it somewhere else--this guy wanted a credit card over the phone for the full amount i am pleased i didnt give him it----VERY SHADY AND UNPROFESSIONAL ***BEWARE*** read more

VERY unprofessional staff that was not knowledgeable. I placed an order on a single part and they never called back. when i checked on it, they had no clue what i was talking about, and i had to go in and re order it. i have been served better elsewhere and will not be going back anytime soon. On 5/26/2014, I had problems with my Ariens riding mower and started calling around for a repair facility to fix my mower. Although I have a large pick up truck ( Silverado ), I have trouble getting the mower and mower deck into the back of the truck. I went online and the first place I came to was "Eshelman Equipment " on Tyler Blvd in Mentor, OH. Ryan (owner) answered the phone and I asked him if they picked up and returned the mower to my home since I could not get the mower to his place of business. He said yes and I asked him what they charged for this service. He responded by asking what city I lived in. I told him Mentor, OH and he said delivery to and from his shop was " FREE " for Mentor residents. They came and picked up the mower within an hour and returned the mower on Thursday ( 3 days ). They had replaced the blades and only charged me $72.00. I am extremely pleased with their service and would refer them to all of my friends. Keep in mind that this was in peak demand time of the year for mower service and they took me instantly. In the past, other places would have said 2, 3, 4 weeks wait.
