Very unprofessional, poor excuse for a music store. I don't recommend this business for anything.

Poor customer service, I waited for 15 minutes for someone to give me assistance and the staff just stood around talking to each other.

I've had Joe repair and setup one guitar last year and just recently he customized my second guitar.

Far away one of the worst stores in the guitar center chain. I've ordered a number of guitars from this particular store to be shipped to Virginia and every single time the guitar arrive with used beat up nasty strings dirt all over the bridge and all over the pick ups. Musical go around seems like a healthy alternative to this piece of shit company! I spent over $500 to get a dirty instrument

I talked to the rep Bobby about how I was on the fence and left. guy knew his stuff, we went through a bunch of Gibsons and he revealed he had a gorgeous gold top Gibson 50s with the p90s and he said "it was the best pickup", which I agree with and rarely hear. Went back to Epiphone to see how many they had left and the p90 was off of their product page. I left but had a bad feeling. I wasn't the only one looking. I called and Andy, the manager picked up. I said "I was looking for Bobby" and he asked if I was Brock. Now I'm just impressed. I come back after work, grab the guitar. I barely get the words "it does have some cosmetic wear" out and Andy hooks me up with a deal and a case. I walked out way under sticker. Not only that, but Bobby and Andy know their stuff. We joked the whole time. Joked about common tropes with Gibson and Epiphone. I was out the door in 25-30 minutes. But moreso, I know this store better now and my Epi looks and sounds unlike any other guitar I've ever had. I was so excited I left my phone and wallet at the counter, which was hilarious. Bobby and Andy, thank you endlessly for this. It was an unexpected surprise.

Being able to rent instruments is nice and they provide cases and cleaning supplies too. I had a very good experience renting from here for the last couple years.

I took lessons every other week, but Music & Arts repeatedly charged me for four lessons at a time, causing unused prepaid lessons to accumulate. I contacted the store about this multiple times, and the manager acknowledged that their billing system did not work well for biweekly lessons and attempted to adjust my billing dates, but the issue continued. When my instructor announced she was leaving, I requested a refund for my eight unused lessons on April 24. I followed up again on May 1 and May 11 but was repeatedly told to wait until after my final lesson on May 15 because processing the refund sooner could cause issues with their system. Despite additional follow-up, my request was not actually submitted until June 5. Music & Arts then relied on a 90-day expiration policy to deny six of the eight lessons. The store manager who had been handling the billing issue told me that even he was unaware of this policy. More importantly, I had requested my refund weeks earlier, and it was Music & Arts that instructed me to wait before it was processed. I ultimately had to file a consumer complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office. Music & Arts has since refunded two lessons but continues to deny the remaining six. My experience with corporate customer service has been even worse. Representatives have been rude, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout my attempts to resolve this. I repeatedly raised the billing issue, requested my refund promptly, and followed the instructions their employees gave me. Based on how Music & Arts has handled this situation from beginning to end, I would not use this company again for any service and cannot recommend them.
