Their website can use some redesign as I couldn't see a mockup of my print job (it was fairly straightforward as I just had pdf files to upload, but VistaPrint or FedEx Printing would show you a mockup of what the final selection would look like, but Print in Minutes did not give me the option). So I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best! I was BLOWN AWAY by the quality of the print job I received from Print in Minutes!! They make my previous VistaPrint order of a similar print job look like absolute crap. The file I had sent over had white lines on the sides, and I was worried about how it would work - on VistaPrint, there's really no one there to proof your work, so if there are random white lines on the top, or a weird red line on the side, it'll print exactly the way you uploaded it. Here at Print in Minutes, they were definitely more detail oriented and made my hack pdf job look super professional! I was blown away by how much nicer my print job was here, and I had opted for rounded corners on my job and I LOVED it. No delivery charge if you pick it up! Parking on the street, so next time I may just get it FedExed to me - I ordered 1000 postcards and it was HEAVY to carry it a block down to my car. The cardstock that was used was legit. I'm a fan!! I requested a quote to have it fixed. They said there has been a change of ownership at the company and they don't have any records of my original order. I sent them the info I had. It took months to get a simple quote back and then they told me the sign is too old to fix. They said they could re-do the lettering. So I said that's fine. How much would it be just the lettering? Again, no response for weeks. I have emailed and called with no response. They must have caller ID because now they just hang up when i call. Needless to say, the company has become extremely unprofessional and obviously it is not the same company I dealt with before. The one guy who I spoke to on the phone said I needed to talk to the boss who was out visiting a client. I still haven't heard back. Now I need to find another company to fix their installation. Probably if you're a big company they will prioritize your business but if you're a repeat customer or small order, do not expect to be treated professionally. A shame really.

Received vinyl mesh -- entirely wrong material. Paid in full via wire transfer. They were fully aware the material had been transported out of state to fulfill a client deadline. Despite knowing this, they attempted to push the cost and responsibility of their error onto me -- claiming I was liable for transportation costs because I had moved the goods. This is not how a legitimate business handles their mistakes. When I rejected the goods and requested a refund I was met with weeks of delays, invented conditions, and moving goalposts. First they wanted the banners back. Then photos. Then a PO. Then comparison photos. Every time I met their condition there was a new one. I was told this work would be printed in house. Evidence suggests otherwise. When I requested production records including print date, material batch number, and press information -- no records were provided. They dont do dye sub here if thats what you need. Find a better more reliable print shop. I had to hire a runner, coordinate a remote return from another state, and pay out of pocket to ship the banners back. They issued a partial refund but had to fight for weeks to get a full refund.
