The food itself was good. However, what left the most negative impression was not the delay itself, but the complete lack of accountability afterward. Delays happen, but customers deserve honest communication and ownership when things go wrong. Unfortunately, because of the way this situation was handled, I cannot recommend this business to others and will not be using their services again.
