Marvin responded in a timely fashion and set an appointment to come clean my gutters. The day his…read moretechnician was supposed to come out he needed to change the appointment time, I agreed and he set the new appointment for the next day. Marvin called me and said the technician came to my house, which I really don't know if if he did since he never let me know he was here and my sogs never barked which they do when anyone just walks past my house. Marvin told me the technician canceled because and I quote, "your grass was 3 feet tall, er, too high and there are trees near your roof." First my grass is not 3 feet high it was just mowed last week, and yes there are trees in my yard, they are the reason my gutters need to be cleaned. Very unprofessional for the technician to not let me know he was even at my house and even more unprofessional for Marvin to try and lie about why the technician canceled.
