This location in Ste Agathe is cute and packed with goodness. The parking here is not ideal, it's mostly across the street with a very small zone for cars to swing in and pick up their groceries when they leave. During covid times they've encouraged folks to call ahead with their orders, they aren't touching cards or reusable bags, limiting their hours and the number of people in stores and providing washing stations and sterilizing cash and counters. Do not sleep on the refrigerated cheese room. Glorious!

There's a huge section of good looking prepared foods, and a sizeable Beer and wine offering as well - I really felt like this was one of those magical places that is bigger on the inside!! My most enthusiastic stars go to the fish specialist we chatted with on our most recent adventure however. She didn't mind at all chatting about ocean safe, and sustainable and low mercury options, she was patient and interested and knowledgeable and then had some tasty cooking ideas for the local lake trout we ended up with. In fact everyone we've interacted with here has been great, fluidly bilingual and happy helpful. There are cheaper options if you're doing an econo shop but this IGA is truly great for what it is.
