I as a first-time successor trustee had no idea how to start in recovering them. Some of the financial institutions mentioned probate as an option, but with no experience, I was hesitant to tackle that myself. Fortunately I found Julie at Arizona Probate LLC. After she phone-interviewed me to get an understanding of my mother's assets, she suggested I use a "Small Estate Affidavit", which she prepared for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Happily, my mother's financial institutions both accepted the Small Estate Affidavit and released the assets so that I could settle the estate. Julie was a huge help. With her on the team, the process was clear, easy and affordable. I highly recommend Arizona Probate LLC and Julie. I would readily hire her again any time I needed estate work.

I hired Julie of Arizona Probate, LLC after firing another service who was completely incompetent & caused me two months of unnecessary stress & delay. I was so thankful to find Julie. To say she's been a life saver is no exaggeration. She is knowledgeable, competent & also a fiduciary, which is an added bonus. The process went from being a nightmare to being handled professionally and in a timely manner. Julie is also just a nice person to work with. I spoke to many other services and I think Julie really stands out among the crowd. I highly recommend her to anyone needing help with the Probate process.

We met…read morewith Lessard to discuss the pros and cons of doing so, and sadly he failed to mention a government entity entitled IRMA. I would like to inform you that it can significantly impact your social security earnings, but not in a good way. For instance, in my case it will be reduced by 33 per cent. I strongly suggest learning about this before filing jointly. It would have saved us a tremendous amount of concern if we would have simply been advised of this beforehand. When I called their office to inquire about a possible recourse, I was simply told to make less money, which seemed a flippant answer to me. I called another office, but it is the 4th of July weekend. I do have an appointment on the 15th of July to personally speak to Lessard. I am very disappointed with their service, as this could have easily been avoided, if we had been informed beforehand. The person I spoke to appeared to have no empathy whatsoever for my personal position. It seemed that she was blaming me for being uninformed regarding IRMA, stating that the Social Security mails out information every year regarding this. Has anyone else failed to notice this? I encourage you to research the threshold for the earnings limit, prior to filing jointly. My personal position is that my husband's earnings far overshadow mine. Consequently, I will live on far less. Information is power. Again, I feel disappointed in this service, for failing to simply inform us about this significant repercussion of filing jointly. My husband's earnings should have been a red flag for a CPA. This is the first time I have ever posted a negative review, but the intent is to alert and inform others about IRMA, in case their accountant is not astute enough on this subject to advise them of the significant impact it can have on your income.
