If you have read any of my other reviews, you know I am deeply pleased when a business understands…read morethe importance of Customer Service. What I may not have previously shared is how important I find it to support local businesses. I am very proud to be able to write this review for Signs Now here in Tucson, AZ. I dropped in around lunch time on Tuesday and was greeted courteously and professionally. Edye was very patient as she listened to me as I provided the details about the poster I needed. I explained to her that the previous poster was purchased at SIgns Now and then taken to another store to be trimmed to fit a specific frame and then mounted on 1/4" backing. The first thing she made clear is she wanted to save us time and money and see about printing the poster directly to 3/16 Foamcore. She was committed to making sure my request was understood and the best options provided for my project. We looked at different types of material on which to print the poster, discussing the details about displaying the poster and finally settled on Foamcore (her original suggestion). She asked about the image file that will be submitted and then proceed to provide clarity regarding the details of a suitable image file. We discussed the size of the poster and type of the file needed. Edye suggested I email the file for them to review and advised they would give direction for how to adjust the file if it was not suitable. I adjusted the file according to our conversation and emailed the file Wednesday morning. The design was very simple (mostly text on a white background) and she responded quickly that the file was suitable to create the desired project results. She set the expectation that the product would be ready for pick up on Friday (today - 5/29/2014). My expectation this morning was fulfilled as my phone rang just before 10:00 AM and I was told advised the product was ready. I drove over and when I walked in, I was greeted by both of the employees who were at the counter and then asked my company name so they could retrieve my order. The poster is perfect and exactly what I was told I would get. A few minutes after I was shown the poster, Edye came into the lobby and said hello, addressing me by name (World Class Customer Service). We spoke for a moment, I paid for my product, and then left there knowing that I would do two things. (1) Use Signs Now for all my future poster projects and (2) Post a positive review on Yelp with a link to my Facebook account. I was absolutely amazed to find they had only 1 review on Yelp, and that it was from 2.5 years ago. It was not until I found Signs Now on Yelp and read the "From The Business" section that I discovered that Edye is the Owner. On their Yelp profile, Edye's profile reads " It is my practice to be impeccable with my word, to be kind, and to always do my best", and I must say she nailed it and so did her team. A+ marks across the board for Customer Service, Product Delivery, Price, and Integrity.

Wow almost 10 years of service from BLUESPAN. They recently upgraded to gigabit speeds. Their…read moreplans are perfect because they GUARANTEE their speeds, not UPTO a speed. They work hard to get the speed they promised. It involves a roof antenna for cellular service. They have military discounts, ask about others. They have phone services as well. Don't do satellite because of the latency impacts on calls and games. For stable internet with promised speeds, you cannot go wrong with Bluespan. They use top of the line equipment and include wireless routers. You can change plans. Truthfully, I have had had a few outages usually during weather events, but it is about the same or better than other providers. Check them out, especially for rural internet service in Tucson.

2026-08-30: addendum/edit: They have stated privately (and…read moreperhaps publicly, I don't know) that they now have non-Phoenix-based redundancy in place. While I am waiting to see if this dramatically improves their uptime over the next few months, here are a couple of suggestions and thoughts: - if bluespan wants to continue publishing a "network uptime" claim on their web page, I request that they say over how many trailing days they are calculating this, and clarify if it includes local area outages. - there have I think been a couple more minor outages at my house since the mid-August big outage. 2026-08-17 They had another big system-wide outage for about 12+ hours (my estimation based on when I first noticed the outage) last week. And in my area, there was a briefer outage a few weeks ago. All-in-all, they have not responded properly to the other two big system-wide day-long type outages we had already this year. My definition of "properly" would be that they build in redundancy to their system, so that their service will continue uninterrupted even when their Phoenix supplier breaks down. At this point I have to question the truth of the "99.9% uptime" they are claiming on their landing page. They continue to do certain things very well (call quality on my voip system is good for example aside from the outages, and the technical support agents I've spoken with have been generally helpful on various matters). I really should lower them to about 2.3 stars (rounded down to 2 stars) for the last 8 months, and then raise them back up to 3 or 4 when they announce that redundancy is in place and has been properly tested so that, in theory, these outages will become much more rare. But they seem to say they have actually been working hard for a long time now to install redundancy via New Mexico, and they seem to believe it is just around the corner. I'll give them a week or two more to finalize on this, one way or the other.
