Yikes, visited the salon and happened to over hear the manager/owner and the things she says/implies to her employees is truly uncomfortable. After hearing how she felt about heavy employees I cannot even imagine what she says about heavy customers when they're not around. I should have known better than going to a place that has heavily photoshopped/edited photos on their website with blurred out backgrounds. read more

For no reason that I can think of my hairstylist put me off twice and then didn't return my messages at all. While I gave her time, even asked if I had done something to upset her. No reply. And I don't like to leave bad reviews, so I emailed the salon owner. Explained what was going on. She didn't reply, either. I had one appt which I paid $200 and left a $22 tip. Everything went fine during the appointment, there were some clumps of bleach, but I just let that go. And this really made me feel bad. So, I am leaving a very negative review. I got a haircut from Ally yesterday. I communicated what I wanted and I had a picture. I wanted it cut short to the occipital bone and an undercut. I wanted it longer on top with a choppy cut. I wanted a side part. I got short on top, longer on sides, cut at least an inch above my occipital bone and side hair did not blend to the back. She had the other girl help with some blending in the very back. Needless to say I was very upset. She said she was sorry it didn't turn out the way "we" wanted. It's not we. She very obviously did not know what she was doing. It was 45$ for an extremely terrifying cut. I gave her a 50$ bill and she actually asked if I wanted my 5$ back! Seriously? Yeah I want it back. I now look like a boy with some hair about an inch long on the crown. I would have gotten a better cut at Supercuts for half the price. If you value your look do not let Ally anywhere near your hair. Really doesn't know anything but maybe the very basics of hair cutting. read more

This studio responded to my request but took 3 days to schedule and I would understand if I didn't need the appointment for a while but I contacted them in a spur of the moment thing I had like 3 weeks to find someone this is a salon you'll definitely need a month or two advance if you are gonna book on yelp for the quality of hair I don't know but booking itself needs work read more

I chose this salon over my regular salon because I thought it would be nice to have a "professional" hair stylist give me a new do. So I was willing to pay double the cost from my norm. I was very disappointed. The gal I had appeared to be a newby because it seemed she didn't understand what I wanted done, even with a picture I provided. She said she'd have to go get the manager to help her. The mgr was currently working on her own customer so I had to wait in the chair with wet hair til she had time. The mgr ended up doing all the cutting while the gal that was supposed to do it just watched. Because the mgr had a customer waiting she did a fast cut on me, talking to the gal all the time. When the mgr left the gal did a couple of clips and was done. It wasn't the style I had hoped for. I paid $55 for a fast cut from a "stylist" that didn't even do it herself, and no one said much of anything to me. Not enjoyable. I felt like my cut didn't matter to anyone; that I was a test dummy for the newby. I won't go back and I won't recommend them to anyone. Terrible service! read more
