First of all my eyebrows turned out great. I've been to multiple places to try threading and this was the first time I didn't have my my brows prepped before threading, typically the skin is clean and afterwards aloe Vera is applied, none of this was done. I had been going to the same salon to thread my eyebrows for the past 7 years but I moved here to Salem and had to find a good place.. i was excited because I read all the good reviews but I was not impressed. Not as friendly, the person who did my eyebrows looked like she just wanted to get it done fast. I would of given 5 stars if at least I would of liked how they came out but they don't look right to me. Even when I lived away during college and after I always made sure to stop in at Unique Arch when I was home. Now we are back in the area and I am so happy I am able to go consistently now each month! My brows have never looked better. Also, you cannot beat the price! Great threading, expect a wait if you come in during rush time (after work, on weekend). Super quick and great shape, some places go to thin but these guys are great and just shape it/clean it up which is perfect. In case you've never threaded and just waxed before it is a bit more painful because it's not just 3 quick pulls but the level of pain isn't as much as waxing just more. They prefer you to pay in cash but take credit/debit. They also have punch cards for eyebrows which is dope. 10 punches and you get a free eyebrow. read more

I walked in off the street (without an appointment), in the late afternoon, and approx. 20 minutes later walked out with perfect brows! Mandeep was super sweet and nice to me, as I explained that I didn't have an appointment but wanted an eyebrow threading. She only took a moment to look at the clock and give me an answer with a huge smile - she could do me before the next appointment showed up (she showed up right as I was getting out of the chair, so Mandeep really did me a favor by squeezing me in!)! Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to try threading for the first time- Mandeep knows what she's doing and it takes a lot of the stress out of the whole process! I've been known to wait 3-4 months to get back to Salem and have my eyebrows threaded here, because I don't trust anyone else with them. Mandeep seems to have a really good sense of how the curve of your eyebrows fit your individual face, and does an awesome job of shaping and cleaning them up naturally. I've never once left upset at having too much taken off or not getting the shape I wanted. Service-wise, this place is also awesome. She gets back to you quickly if you leave a message and is really accommodating with appointment times. Budget a little extra time for yourself when you book though, because she gets a lot of walk-ins and schedules people pretty close to each other, so you might end up waiting a few minutes past your appointment time. Either way, I'm usually out of there in 15-20 minutes tops and the threading itself is over before you know it. read more

The woman who helped us was very receptive to our concerns and made sure we left satisfied. She made sure his eyebrows didn't seem "too cleaned up", maintaining their natural shape, while getting rid of all the stray hairs. My eyebrows look so clean and she kept the shape without taking too much hair off. I thought it was weird that you have to pull the skin around the eyebrow tight so the the lady can thread, but if it gets me these results I don't mind too much. For $12, it was such a great deal! I walked in, without an appointment and was seen within mintues (she was finishing up with someone else). After learning it was my first time she gave me an explanation of what she would be doing , which helped ease my anxiousness and cured my curiosity of how it all worked. Stopped in to get my eyebrows done and it was done in about less than 5 minutes. I don't think the lady who did them was the owner since it seemed like she did a rush job. There was hardly any shaping done and she did not clean the brow area with an alcohol soaked cotton ball afterwards. I'm not sure if I'll stop in again but if I do, I'll be sure to ask for the owner based on previous stellar reviews. read more
