Everyone was so friendly. So helpful. My friend was picking fabrics for a small wall hanging. This is her first foray into civil war, reproduction fabrics. Caroline was so enthusiastic, it was inspiring to watch. She explained what she was thinking and looking for in her color choices. I bought three kits. I never, ever buy kits. The fun is choosing fabrics, right? But her color sense is beyond belief. I can't wait to get home and start sewing ! I can't wait to go back. Please visit. She assured me that if I had any issues to let them know by email and they would take care of it. Well when I got home from the fair that night I took the blanket out of the bag and laid it out on a bed and the blanket looks like it's been used or thrown on the floor or something. There are like dirt marks or some kind of other marks all over the blanket. I took pictures of the receipt the packaging and the blanket and sent it to All That Jazz on the website the night I got back like I said and I still haven't heard from them so I contacted them on their Facebook and I still haven't heard from them and I've contacted them a half a dozen times and still have not heard from them. All I wanted them to do was to offer an exchange and I would send them the one I got at the fair once I got the new one. But nobody's email me or anything. This is unacceptable. I've never had this problem with them before. I don't know what's happened to this company in the last year but just seems like things have gone downhill because they're not caring about their customers enough to get back to them when they have a concern or an issue.

Prices are pretty reasonable. The owner is friendly and inviting, she has a good eye for fun pieces and is always changing out inventory. The parking lot is small and can probably only hold about five vehicles, so park thoughtfully!
