    I'm very disappointed with this company's awful customer service! I purchased an order of books…read morefrom Daedalus on October 23, 2022 for 44.10. I returned 3 of the 4 items I purchased with the following tracking number 9534613818572314494311, which states they were received on November 14. I have contacted Daedalus via email and by phone on numerous occasions regarding the status of this return but have received no answers. I just filed a complaint with the BBB and am hoping to receive my refund.

    I am grieving about the loss of Deadalus Books, Hudson Ohio. Very nice people great service. Now…read moregobbled up and regurgitated by UNIVERSAL SCREEN ARTS. I was going to send a certified Letter to the new owners but since I have been trying to get a $3.98 refund since mid August, 2018, the cost of the certified letter is more than the refund. I order by mail. When the book is no longer available, the check used to be attached to my receipt. Not this time. The telephone people are great; polite, helpful. I feel terrible for the position they have been put in, dealing with unhappy customers. First call, verified the $ owed (8/16/18) next call (8/21/18) check is to be mailed after Labor Day. I am still waiting... This is the principle, not the money. I believe NEW OWNERS are keeping refunds as long as possible to earn interest to which they are not entitled. I will not be shamed based on the pittance of the amount--I still believe in good business dealings and management. Again, I am sorry to lose Deadalus, and sincerely hope for the best for the employees. W. S.
