Today, I added a facial service--and once again, Christina went above and beyond. She asked if I would like a knee pillow or a soft blanket, what kind of music I preferred, and whether I was too hot or too cold. Before each step of the facial, she softly explained what she was going to do next, just as she has always done with my cosmetic tattooing. If I felt like chatting, she was happy to listen and converse with me. And if I wanted some quiet time, she simply asked me to let her know. I truly appreciated that.
