My daughter paid less when she originally got her nails done than you were trying to charge her today. She called and let you know there were issues, made an appointment to have it fixed, brought in all the nails that fell and was told you needed to do a full set to fix it. We never imagined you would try charging to fix the mistake of your employee improperly performing the service in the first place, let alone more than she originally even paid at $75!!!! You offered a minimal discount. I originally thought you said to pay $15 and when I clarified you said to pay $50. I never left without paying, the fact you would even state that is absurd. In fact, I payed you almost $180 for my nails and 2 pedicures and have the receipt as proof. I told you I was not paying an additional $75 for the nails that were previously paid for by my daughter to be properly done and you had to fix. I would never step foot in your shop again! Look how horrible of a job you did on my nails, and this was before we even discussed payment!!
