Sarah is literally amazeballs! She is professional, accommodating, beyond sweet, and great at what she does. I was a huge threader before this because my skin is uber sensitive. My hair follicles attack my pits and I quickly break out in rashes near my brows. Fortunately, Sarah knows what she is doing. I'm an esthetician and usually do all of my own waxing, but I got REALLY tired of doing the pretzel for Brazilians. It was a pain **literally**. So I initially tried Urban, which was AWFUL. So I figured I'd try one more place before I resigned myself back to cirque-du-soleil feats . I am so grateful that I tried her out. She is so welcoming and chill. She really makes you feel so comfortable there, like you're hanging out with a girlfriend. Making conversation is easy, no weird silences. But the best part, she is so FAST! Nobody wants to sit there spread-eagle for an hour, getting uncomfortable and hot. With that said, the speed of her waxing skill, does not hinder her accuracy and all around smooth results (my peach is pretty, and smooth ). Also, as stated above, being an esthetician myself, I can be pretty judgey regarding products and their work environment.
