Reached out to Essential Pest Management and was really happy with their service. When I called a company, I honestly didn't expect to reach the owner Patrick directly..but hey..surprised I did..and was happy he took the time and had the patience to help me answer any questions I had re: the things he included in the visit and any additional service I ask him for (e.g. gassing my underground crawlspace to help prevent insects)! Patrick was also very prompt in helping me schedule initial visit and one-time crawlspace work that could be done annually. He was really good with follow up re: him receiving my address/email info, reminder of my appointment the day before. On the day of, I got a message from Chase just before the appointment time letting me know he's slated to be on time for the scheduled appointment. When Chase arrived, he was so polite and patient with me, listening to my concern and helped answering any questions I had. He also got to work right away after telling me what he had planned to work on my home the day of (he's mindful of the sequence of work so that my place doesn't have dust all over!). I'm grateful Chase also helped set up baits for mice too so that I could be worries-free of both insects and rodents concerns. Thank you so much for prompt and quality service! I been having a problem with mice and black widows both indoor and outdoors. I have been having restless night hearing mice through the walls. They offered me their professional expertise and offered me the best choice to deal with this situation. They went inside and outside of my house. They offer adorable services that won't cost you a limb compared to other companies that do half of the requested job. They went above and beyond and I'm glad to have spent my money with them. You can sign up for every other month, 4 times a year or one time service. The more regular you are they give your discount. I would say I highly recommend this company to any homeowners. I am very unhappy with the price for a one-time pest control service. I was quoted $139 and when tech was leaving he charged me $149.69; NOT a good thing. I also don't believe a 10 minute pest control service is worth $149.69. I will seek another pest control company for future services. Being on a 'tight' pension and social security this is a hardship for me to pay for this. Thank you read more

Ineffective. The are prompt and courteous, but they had zero impact on our ant problem.

I first used Essential pest about 8 months ago as a one time service, their customer service was amazing. So much so as I wanted to have my hpuse sprayers the seasons had changed that I went through old bank statements to find the company I used. I now have set up a plan for them to just come out. Excellent customer service!! We had just moved to Albuquerque and were in need of pest services for ants and spiders. I always speak directly with the owner, Pat, and he always returns my calls. The technicians are courteous, respectful, and very knowledge. Comparatively, the pricing is fair to similar companies in the area.... Pat & Chase at Essential Pest Management are Awesome, we had them out in April (and oops, I forgot & got busy and didn't get my review of this terrific company in--my very bad guys, not theirs!!!) He arrived earlier than the appointment time which is awesome customer service! We walked around the house and talked about the most concerning areas and he was super friendly. We have pets and we made a plan on how to safely spray without them possibly licking the chemicals. I definitely recommend! read more
