New Mexico has a fine assortment of bugs, including a few that you really don't want to mess with, and Harmony has stepped up, year after year, to help us "manage" the critters. They communicate via text, messaging about a week prior to the next scheduled visit, and they're responsive to the texts you send them, like the time we had mutant mice running through the living room, the wasp nest on the fence, a black widow party on the porch, and most recently, the mid-January ant invasion. Not only was Dylan on time and extremely personable (including admitting that the attack on the Capitol was impacting his mental health that day), he was thorough. Masked and distanced, he surveyed areas of the room where the ants were entering, adding pet-safe plastic baits in well-hidden places, and he sprayed outside, as well.
