The Squeegee Pro guy was very friendly and professional. Came during the agreed upon time and did a great job. I actually didn't realize how gross the panels had become until I went outside to check it out after he left. They are spotless. They look brand new. They were easy to work with, communicated clearly, and consistently kept me informed about every step of the process. There were no surprises and no guessing about what was happening next. We were also extremely fortunate that an earlier installation slot opened up, allowing HPM to fit us in just in time to take advantage of the expiring tax credit -- something we truly appreciated. The installation crew was excellent: professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. They did great work and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left, which really showed their attention to detail and pride in their work.
