He spent at least 15 minutes assisting me. I really appreciated his efforts, knowledge, and complete follow thru when an immediate solution wasn't available. 100% SATISFACTION. This type of customer service is NOT commonplace these days. This particular location in Lexington has an entire staff that is friendly, efficient, and helpful.
