Despite the in-store warranty having expired, he did some extensive troubleshooting and then gave me specific instructions for getting the 90 day manufacturer warranty requirements fulfilled. He spent at least 15 minutes assisting me. I really appreciated his efforts, knowledge, and complete follow thru when an immediate solution wasn't available. 100% SATISFACTION. This type of customer service is NOT commonplace these days. This particular location in Lexington has an entire staff that is friendly, efficient, and helpful. We're always greeted by personable and knowledgeable staff. We all know what it's like to walk in a business and wait for the apathetic employee to meander from the back of the store just to seem "put out" to assist you. THIS STORE IS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE!!
