I practiced every single day on my trip to Rincon underneath a canopy of palm trees with ocean rolling in front of me, the sound of waves rolling in, and the ocean mist. It is a relaxing delight to each of the five senses. The instructors offer several open level classes each day that are good for the first time beginner or the super duper advanced yogi.
