I went through the process of calling and asking for it to be fixed, which is already super awkward but I paid for a service with a certain expectation, and they also naturally have you go back to the person who made the mistake which is again, awkward. She wasn't able to, or willing to, fix my hair, just made it a little less drastic and advised me to wear my hair in a totally new and different style than my norm because it would hide her error. She also then refused to dry it unless I wanted to pay for a separate blow out, so it wasn't as obvious to me how little she fixed since I left with damp hair. To lessen my confidence in her abilities, she also got a call from a client, which she took in front of me, where the client complained that she had missed a good amount of spots whilst dying her hair a few days prior. Not a good look overall. My new colorist was very polite in explaining how she'd have to fix my botched color but I'm still a bit salty about what I paid for what I got here.
