The room had calming music playing, and we took a seat. At 11, the lady came in to let us know that a mist would start, which might cause a slight tickle in our throats. Once the session began, we couldn't leave the room. The experience was relaxing-- I spent most of the time with my eyes closed, and a few times, my husband even dozed off. The time seemed to pass slowly, and when the session ended, the lady returned and let us out. I didn't notice any dramatic changes afterward, but I wasn't expecting to feel much after just one session. While I didn't see or feel any salt residue on myself, I did get a bit of white residue on my fingers after touching the wall on the way out. My husband felt that the experience wasn't particularly worthwhile. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but I can't say it was amazing either-- I think it could be more beneficial if done multiple times. The staff was kind and professional, and the atmosphere was definitely relaxing. One note: the chairs have a weight limit of 275 lbs. Their email mentioned that they can accommodate guests discreetly, but given the small size of the room, I'm not sure how discreet that would be.

Right now the healing waters for 90 mins is going for $50 and if you want to get the robe an slippers it is an additional $10. You can also bring your own robe and pool slides if you like. My favorites out the session were the relaxing hot tub, cold plunge and the steam room. The steam room really pulls out the toxins in your body. They have really nice locker room area is really nice they have secure lockers for your belongings, a sauna and nice showers. Their wellness lounge offers clients time to relax before or after spa services or mindful movement classes. A wonderful place to share a cup of our signature tea with friends. Within the spa, a serene quiet lounge is available for use for those who prefer to relax in solitude. And if the spa is not your thing, they do offer mindful movement classes that are centered around self-care and are offered in a supportive group environment.
