I was scheduled to have knee replacement two years ago, but I have been able to put that off because of the attention and guidance that I received from Pro Therapy. I was introduced to new approaches for reliving pain in my knees, but the main goal was to strengthen them, with using the onsite exercise machines and through a variety of home exercises that I could do. Dr Brett held me accountable for my exercise routine. Dr Kevin took care of my body pain with needling, accupressure, muscle stimulation, cupping and general guidance with his extensive knowledge of how the muscles do and do not work within the body. I enjoyed feeling like I was their only patient for the day. They remembered our last conversation and we could discuss our favorite places to eat and recipes to try or interesting movies or TV shows. I truly felt like a valued member of their team or family. I will always choose Pro Therapy as my place for rehab.

Right from the start Dr. Nick was focused on my goals and what I wanted to achieve. My initial consult and evaluation was incredibly thorough and I have been impressed every session since with his commitment to evidence-based care and his knowledge of the research. He doesn't cut corners and takes the time to find where the issue actually lies. And once the issue is found he knows exactly how to help you find relief both short and long term. With his help I'm lifting almost entirely pain free again and working on learning and strengthening what I need to be sure that pain doesn't ever come back. The main receptionist that I…read morecalled informed me that there were only two clinics close to Roseville for me to go to: Blaine, and Golden Valley. I even stated that I worked in Woodbury and asked what was close by. She still said those were the closest. She seemed like an absolute air-head. And instead of double checking locations I took her word for it. Later finding out they DO have a location in Roseville and Oakdale that I could have attended. It is virtually impossible to even get ANYONE on the phone to answer. Good luck making an appointment. The first time I called I waited 37 minutes for a receptionist. The other times I left four messages and they did not return my calls. This place is almost impossible to even get parking spot in if there are soccer games there and it will take you an extra 15 minutes or more out of your time with the extra traffic. Leaving the location took me almost 20 minutes just to get onto 65. The location is horrible. So much traffic even in mid afternoon. Worse than downtown Minneapolis. This place is a joke. They don't care at all about their patients and have horrible customer service. It will take you a long time to make another appointment if you do it on the phone. I left a message cancelling my appointment. And the had the audacity to call me telling me I didn't show up. Well, it shows you they don't check their messages on a regular, maybe even daily basis. This place is trash. Save your time.

Everyone, from the receptionists, schedulers, chiropractor and the hand & physical therapists have ALL been top notch. They truly care about their clients and offer a lot of encouragement when you get discouraged. They won't let you give up on yourself and keep reminding you of where you were and how far you've come. You leave there feeling good about yourself and your accomplishments, which is priceless when you're down-in-the-dumps. I've scheduled appointments both over the phone and in-person and have NEVER had a problem getting my calls answered or the appointments scheduled in a timely manner. Likewise, parking has never been an issue either. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that needs therapy, based on my husband's long history with them!
